4. How secure is the information I send you from this web site?

The information which you send us by using e-mail links or forms on our site is not encrypted in any special way. If you are using those methods to communicate with us, we recommend that you do not include any credit card information or other confidential information in your messages to us.

Please note: during the process of ordering our cookbook, you don't have to provide any credit card information until you leave our non-secure site and enter the secure site provided by PayPal. (See answer to question #5.)
